  3. PSICO is a utility which is intended to assist in creating structured COBOL
  4. source  code.  It  is  complete  in itself, but in certain modes of use the
  5. output must be processed by our COBFORM  program.  You  should,  therefore,
  6. have  been  provided with COBFORM as well as PSICO. If not, then contact us
  7. to obtain a copy at our usual shareware price.

  9. This program is NOT a toy or a demo, but a fully working program  which  is
  10. intended for daily use by the professional COBOL programmer. It can be used
  11. on a PC to produce or enhance COBOL code for use on ANY machine, mainframe,
  12. mini, or PC.
